Mission: The film collaborative inc. ("tfc") provides independent filmmakers a full range of services, including fiscal sponsorship, education about distribution, and distribution and marketing service (including sales representation, service theatrical releases, hybrid distribution, grassroots marketing, traditional marketing, digital aggregation, distribution consultation and contract consultation).
Programs: Fiscal sponsorship: the film collaborative inc. ("tfc") grew it fiscal sponsorship program during this period considerably by adding more projects than in previous years. Tfcs fiscal sponsorship program offers the lowest commission structure available to filmmakers, so they can create culturally important/educational cinema sustainably.
filmmaker fees: tfc expanded its core activity of festival distribution and educational services for non-commercial cinema, handling up to 25 films at any given time that address social justice, environmental and lgbt issues. Tfc continues to be a critical resource for filmmakers of such films and for audiences who are eager to see them via public educational or festival exhibition.
membership: tfc offers filmmakers a way to join the film collaborative at variouslevels to gain access to non-complementary offerings, such as our fiscal sponsorshipprogram, the digital distribution guide and one-on-one advising via phoneconsultation.
