Mission: The columbus museum brings american art and history to life for the communities of the chattahoochee valley.
Programs: The museum exhibits american art and regional history, conducts workshops, lectures, and receptions. The museum provides opportunities for art education for the local school system, and generally contributes to the exposure and education of the citizens to american art and regional history. Admission is free and the potential two state audience for the museum is in excess of 200,000 people. The accomplishments for this year were over 50 classes and conferences, over 12 exhibitions, over 60 lectures, demonstrations, and performances, and various additional events and publications.
