Mission: The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
Target demographics: Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and their families and caregivers
Geographic areas served: Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin Counties in Colorado
Programs: Individual advocacy for individuals and families who need individual support and information, classes and training to provide group educational opportunities, and legislative and systemic advocacy to help shape or change policies and procedures that affect people with I/DD.
