Causes: Computer Science, Technology
Mission: To establish an innovation center to mentor, educate, train and support science and technology entrepreneurs with their product or service development and to raise funds needed to sustain these activities.
Programs: Techsandbox has created a co-working incubator supporting the sci-tech startup community with on-site access to valuable resources. Our program provides a place to collaborate, innovate and connect and facilitates panels, workshops and the expansion of existing professional associations' programs to the region. Techsandbox has brought a voice to the whole region, while increasing visibility, recognition, cohesion and growth among science and technology entrepreneurs. Techsandbox has 13 entrepreneurs in residence, 50 non-resident members and 50 volunteers utilizing the coworking space and holds approximately 10 educational programs of varying sizes per month.
