Programs: Care services at st. Vincent de paul include: 24-hour skilled nursing services; short-term rehabilitation services including speech, physical and occupational therapy; clinical and physician services including consulting physicians for dental, ophthalmology, and podiatry; laboratory services; religious services; recreation therapy; radiology services; nutrition services; iv therapy; pain management; hospice; and family and resident councils. In 2014, the facility provided 43,038 days of skilled nursing care to over 242 patients.
in november 2012, the residence opened up an assisted living program, which serves a medicaid only population. The assisted living program (alp) at san vincente de paul serves individuals who are medically eligible for nursing home placement but who can be cared for in a less medically intensive residential setting. Alp residents do not require continual nursing care. With a capacity of 59 beds, the range of alp services includes personal care, room, board, housekeeping, supervision, home health aides, personal emergency response services, supervision, case management, etc.
