Programs: In fiscal year 2017, our organization served 1,081 adults living with mental illness and/or substance use challenges residing in southeastern az cochise, graham, greenlee, santa cruz counties. Services provided include peer support, life skills training, health wellness promotion, socialization, employment services, and supported housing. 480 individuals participated in our center-based programs, and received a variety of individualized support and rehailitation services aimed at helping them attain and/or maintain their recovvery. 601 individuals were assisted through our community outreach program, including 104 reentry individuals transitioning back to the community from incarceration.
