Solar facilitates the sustainable distribution of efficient, economical solar cooking technology by identifying, supporting, and promoting entrepreneurs, ngos, and public entities in the developing world who manufacture or market solar ovens; providing training to users and community instructors; and, evaluating project progress and assessing its impact on the community.
