Mission: St. Joseph regional medical center (sjrmc) seeks to enhance the quality of life of the residents of its service area through the promotion of health, the prevention of disease and injury, and the provision of health services. Sjrmc witnesses to the saving presence and mercy of the risen christ by providing quality restorative, preventive and acute health care services, respecting human dignity in the experience of sickness and death, and fostering the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and social well-being of people.
Programs: As a member of ascension health, the nation's largest catholic healthcare system, st. Joseph regional medical center ("sjrmc") continues to build and strengthen sustainable collaborative efforts that benefit the health of individuals, families and society as a whole. The goal of sjrmc is to perpetuate the healing mission of the church. Sjrmc furthers this goal through the delivery of patient services, the provision of care to the elderly and indigent, and the creation of patient education and health awareness programs for the community. Our concern for all human life and the dignity of each person leads the organization to provide medical services to all people in the community without regard to the patient's race, creed, national origin, economic status or ability to pay.
