Mission: The purpose of share your care, inc is to provide day care for the elderly and other persons of limited ability who are over eighteen years of age as an alternative to institutional care.
Programs: In fy 2015, share your care, inc. Provided adult day care among our seven program sites and respite to caregivers for 692 participants. 423,156 hours of service were provided to those clients and their caregivers. In addition, our alivio caregiver support program received private grant revenue that provided 30,353. 5 hours of service to an additional 82 participants who received day care and caregiver respite services. Adult day care services included nutritious meals and snacks, therapeutic social assistance with activities of daily living and care coordination for elderly and disabled adults.
