Mission: Seattle counseling service is a community resource that advocates, educates and serves to advance the social well-being and mental health of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. Seattle counseling service offers programs in a wide range of mental health areas and addiction services.
Programs: Mental health services include individual, group, couples and family therapy as well as in-house psychiatric services, evaluation and medication management services. We believe a person's ability to pay should not determine his or her access to services. We therefore implement a sliding fee scale, accept medicaid and most insurance plans and have procured grants to increase access to services.
