Programs: Say yes to education is a privately sponsored program that is run by the graduate school of education at the university of pennsylvania. The say yes program is based on the belief that helping educationally disadvantaged students achieve their potential is a long-term proposition that requires providing sustained academic and other support to students from the early elementary grades.
