The presenter was very knowledgeable and engaging with the audience. Was able to answer questions , provide strategies to help students guide their process towards Financial independence now and throughout their lifetime. I highly recommend her expertise and communication skills.
Money Talks Edu helped me create a comprehensive budget in less than an hour. The consultation was free, and I highly recommend anyone struggling with cash flow or debt management to visit their website at www.moneytalks.education to book.
Money Talks provided a financial literacy course for our Safe City Boys, a peer resource team of 11-15 year old boys. We were impressed and the boys were engaged. Kudos.

Thanks you. ❤️
Money Talks Edu is a great organization! From the first time Ms. Evans and I spoke. I knew this was something I wanted to be apart of. Financial literacy was something that I did not have a clue about when I was playing professional football. I seen so many men of color who also lacked the knowledge of financial literacy and needless to say we all have a story of two of how the lack of affected us in one way or another. Understanding that paying it forward is a must, I jumped on the opportunity to support and join the Money Talk Team as Vice President. My goal is to help educate young men and woman on the importance of financial literacy and what that actually means when it comes to handling your finances. When I have the opportunity to share my financial mishaps to the youth it helps them to avoid my mistakes in the future. Our goal is to have our curriculum in schools across America because it’s very important that student in the many of the under privileged area in America will one day have finances if their own to manage.
Money Talks Edu has helped me understand sort of the ins and outs of budgeting stocks crypto ETC. The way they explain it to you is very well even if you have 0 clue what they might be saying the way they speak it to you makes u understand it much better.
Money Talks Edu facilitated my summer financial literacy program for about 100 students. They were extremely professional, organized, thoughtful, and deeply cared about our students’ financial well-being. I could not recommend them more highly for future opportunities to work with kids of all ages.
Amazing impact with a limited budget in a city where children deserve this level of love and opportunity.
It was a pleasure working with Crystal Evans and the moneytalksedu team. The entire organization is filled with compassionate people that want to see our children doing better. They are setting the tune for the next generation of leaders. Please get involved, I would like to see this curriculum in all schools. Starting at the middle school level. Georgia should be next!
As a finance professional, it was a pleasure working with MoneyTalks EDU and the students. The subject of financial literacy has long been overlooked in the school system and this program allows students to be introduced to a core topic that they will certainly need to understand in order to succeed in life. Crystal is passionate about financial literacy and it reflects in her teaching and personal relationships with the students.
I purchase the Road To Riches Financial Literacy Guide for Teens for my son and we are learning a lot together.
Financial Literacy is so important, children should have a basic understanding about money and how to manage their personal finances.
Money Talks Edu Financial Literacy Workshops are very useful and easy to understand.
It would be nice to see the Road of Riches Curriculum in schools.
To whom it may concern:
I am writing in support of the Money Talks and their grant proposal to support curriculum development and implementation of a financial literacy program for children in youth in Philadelphia communities. My organization has a mission to preserve, promote, and revitalize the West Philadelphia neighborhood of East Parkside through partnerships with businesses and institutions and programs that engage residents, increase opportunity, and grow a diverse, thriving community. An important way that we do this is through working with residents to increase homeownership and help start small, local businesses. Financial literacy is a critical component of reaching these goals and it is critical that we start early with children and youth to ensure equitable growth within our neighborhood.
On February 28, 2019 we hosted a large community dinner where residents and partners could work together to design projects and present them to the rest of the attendees. The over 100 attendees then voted on which project was most needed in the community. Crystal Evans and her Money Talks team presented a well thought out program to promote financial literacy in the community and for this reason received the most votes and a resulting $1,000 seed grant from the Philadelphia Foundation and the Centennial Parkside CDC. Since that time, my team at the Centennial Parkside CDC has been working with the Money Talks team to develop a locally appropriate curriculum and design a series of workshops for children and youth (along with their parents) to learn the fundamentals of financial literacy. Some of the topics include opening a bank account, building credit, and smart investing. While we have made great progress in our work, it is critical that we bring more financial resources to our efforts to get this program off the ground. For this reason, I enthusiastically support the proposal of Money Talks.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.

I just like to say that Crystal Evans is by far the most dedicated and driven woman who is committed to the financial teaching and development of our youth, teenagers and adults. Her commitment started from her successful cleaning business which was her platform to create something extraordinary. Leadership by example has always been her strongest characteristic which makes her and her cause you want to support and let others know about. Please take this opportunity to get know her and her passion. Get involved and stand with her to spread the financial knowledge.
