Programs: Health education program: sapna nyc employed 3 community health workers who provided a variety of health education programs, including nutrition, mental health, and childrens health. Approximately 250 women and children were reached through this program.
women's empowerment projects: sapna nyc provided matched savings accounts for 6 women, financial literacy classes for 30 women, and supported two workers' cooperatives with a total of 17 women. Sapna also provided parent advocacy and leadership training to 20 women.
esol classes: sapna nyc provided " english for speakers of other languages" ( esol) classes at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Approximately 120 women were reached through this program.
