Mission: The organization's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and place lost, abused and abandoned collies, collie-mixes, shelties, and sheltie-mixes in loving, responsible homes.
Programs: Rmcsr took in dogs from various sources including owner relinquishments, transfer from other facilities and protective custody. We placed many of these dogs in forever homes. All dogs are evaluated by a veterinarian and the following services are provided when services are provided when necessary: neutering/spaying, teeth cleaning and extraction, microchipping, vaccinations, heartworm treatment and treatment for any other medical conditions. All dogs are cared for in homes by qualified foster families.
