Mission: The organization is organized for the following purposes: to aquire funds for the preservation & restoration of the bobwhite quail and any and all other upland gamebird species; to establish, maintain & promote public interest in the wise propagation, management, & education of the public in all upland gamebird species to insure their continuance as a viable and abundant example of wildlife in the united states.

Program accomplishment - the organization exists to raise funds for the preservation & restoration of the bobwhite quail & other gamebird species. The funds have been used regionally & nationally to further the public's education & interest in the propagation & management of these species.
