Mission: Project redirect d. C. Is committed to empowering people through effective person-centered services to enhance the quality of life within their community.
Programs: Project redirect provides housing and community based support services to adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities in the metropolitan dc area. The services we provide include: residential supported living,day habilitation, employment readiness, suppport employment, in home support service, individualized day support and respite services. Additionally, providesnursing service to care for indigent clients thereby reducing hospital visits and improving their health.
project redirect provides residential services, defined as supported housing in specialized settings, for individuals with intensive support needs. The needs provided in both community-based apartments, as well as host homes include, but are not limited to: rent, food, clothing, medical supplies, furnishings, and when necessary durable medical and/or adaptive equipment. All services are currently provided to people served under the dc department of disability services/disability administration, with a distinction of idd.
