Causes: Arts & Culture, Symphony Orchestras
Mission: It is the mission of our orchestra to inspire, educate, entertain and involve the children, youth and adults of our community in the enjoyment of great music.
Programs: The plano symphony presents over 200 concerts and events each year. The 2016-2017 season included a subscription series of 8 concerts, a family series of 4 concerts, 10 school concerts and 130 musician visits to schools reaching over 12,000 area 4th and 5th graders. Many concerts were sold out and many other events were planned for awareness, donor cultivation and appreciation, and marketing purposes.
