Mission: The purpose of the phoenix air national guard is to serve as a citizen support group for the men and women of the 161st arw by providing funds for family assistance and emergencies, increasing community awareness, provide scholarships, and recognize outstanding guardsmen. This is accomplished by raising funds from membership dues, contributions to the association, and member fundraising.
