We adopted a dog from this organization a couple of years ago. She had been taken to a kill shelter 2 weeks before Christmas by her "family". Pet Match saved her life, cleaned her up and put her up for adoption. At first we were worried that she did not get along with the dog we already had and we contacted Pet Match for help. They were very nice and said that sometimes it just doesn't work out and that we could bring the dog back (adoption fee is not refundable but is a donation to the organization). We considered this but were growing attached and now we have had both dogs for over 2 years and they are besties! This group does a great job and saves many little lives, they put the welfare of the animal first and this can be insulting to people who don't get approved for whatever reason. Their job is not customer service, it is saving lives and some times the truth hurts.
