I ordered a Christmas tree for my son in the Navy. He never received it. This orginazation has really disappointed me and many others. They have placed blame on the postal services of our military. If I order a product from ANY company/person it is THEIR responsibility to fulfill that order to the end! They have refused to refund my money. When I tried to reason with them he hung up on me!
