Mission: The organization provides reimbursement for qualified child and elder care expenses to individuals employed within the bargaining unit covered by a collective-bargaining agreement between the city of new york and the new york city health and hospitals (collectively, employers) and the new york state nurses association (nysna).
Programs: The fund's purpose is to provide and maintain programs that provide for necessary child care and elder care benefits for covered employees in order to increase their access to quality and affordable child care and elder care services and information regarding such services and to assist individuals in balancing their work and family responsibilites.
