I have had several terrible experiences with this theater. On several occasions I have attended shows and been treated extremely poorly. It was only later that I found out one of the people who was very rude and condescending was their Artistic Director. It's very clear that unless you're giving them a (sizable) donation, they don't really care about you. They have little regard for audience's feelings and safety. Although working in immersive theater, it appears they have done little to ensure the emotional and physical safety of their audience members. I will definitely not be back. Unpleasant people and bad experiences all around.
