Mission: Nm mesa is a nonprofit organization that promotes educational enrichment for middle and high school students from historically under-represented ethnic groups. Nm mesa, in partnership with schools and universites, prepares pre-college students for college and careers in mathematics, engineering, science and related fields.
Programs: Educational enrichment programs for pre-college students from under- represented ethnic groups in mathematics, engineering, science, and related fields. (donated services of 212,030. )
nm mesa provides funding and logistical support for field trips to students in mid-high and high schools that participate in the nm mesa programs. These trips are to promote interest in a variety of enriched math, science and engineering activities.
distributed incentive awards to students who had completed the nm mesa program to use toward attending college. Also distributed scholarships for students to attend the new mexico oil and gas career and education fair.
