Causes: Homeless & Housing, Low-Income & Subsidized Rental Housing
Mission: Provide affordable housing and related services to low and moderate-income communities.
Programs: Added three new properties to our property management portfolio: figueroa senior housing, richard n. Hogan manor and normandie senior housing, thereby expanding our service footprint in south los angeles and allowing us to provide critical social services (seminars on health & wellness, financial literacy, dealing with depression & mental illness, bullying, elder abuse and a host of other topics; helping our residents obtain low income transportation & utility rate assistance, and luncheons/field trips) to a larger population of at least 500 low/moderate income seniors and families.
