Located at 3187-3229 sixth street in suburban south columbus, the property also includes a community building and laundry. The live-in part-time resident manager, an experienced mental health case manager, monitors residents' independent living, provides crisis intervention, facilitates individual and group meetings with residents and support providers, assists with property maintenance, and fosters good community relations. In 2017, 16 of the 16 disabled, low-income persons served (100%) either remained housed in the program or exited to other permanent housing. On average, residents have stayed housed in the program for 7 years.
