Mission: Mountain Shadow Academy was founded in 1994, It was founded By Sherry Schnizlein. Sherry has two children with Attention Deficient Disorder. She felt the need to open a school for children with special learning needs. Sherry started this school with six thousand dollars of her on. As of 2001,Mountain Shadow Academy, is the only School in Austin, Texas That helps grades Kindergarten thru High School. Mountain Shadow Academy Started with six children and today we have fifty five children.
