Mission: Our mission is to provide the opportunity to achieve the highest level of independence through the promotion of empowerment, responsibility and self-reliance. The operational goal of the lodge life services, inc. Is the assessment, development and implementation of services designed to meet the on-going needs of the consumer.
Programs: Supported housing outreach program - provides housing placement and an array of supportive services to individuals and families who experience homelessness and mental illness.
supported housing services - provides housing placement and an array of supportive services to individuals living within the community who are currently served by lancaster county behavioral health and disability services (former mh/mr/ei).
lincoln house/fordney house/park avenue apartments- provides affordable, subsidized apartments for individuals who are formerly homeless, and who experience a mental illness with an array of support services designed to build skills and support a person's independence and self reliance.
seniors and disability program services - professional guardianship, power of attorney, case management services for seniors and disabled adults. Additionally lls provides money management services or fiduciary services for social security funds, trustee services, secondary executor and executor services, fiduciary services for veterans, and other associated fiduciary services. Permanent supportive housing programs, polaris, enterprise and north star (pen), provide 47 units of scattered site housing location and support services, coupled with rental assistance to clients who experience a mental illness and who are homeless in lancaster county.
