It was the best experience ever when I went to Africa with them. You knew what the costs were going to be and when you had to have the money in order to get your ticket. They were up front with everything. You knew what you to bring with you, what shots you had to have, etc. They were very caring while we were on our trip, as to how you were doing health wise while we were in Africa. I enjoyed my time there. They were well prepared for the trip.
We're All God's Children is a hands-on, loving, effective ministry that is focused on the needs of the people and responding to those needs in tangible ways. What impresses me most is that the ministry draws many Christians who desire to make a difference in the lives of the under resourced. The stewardship of the organization makes sure that the money donated results in reaching those in need receiving the help. Carol and Tom Fanelli the founders, are persons of integrity and compassion who simply want to love people the way Jesus did. Whether it's digging a well in Zambia, providing Christmas gifts for the Native Americans in the U.S., or helping with the needs of children in Central America, WAGC can be trusted to do it all in the name of Jesus with joyful hearts. This organization is run efficiently and effectively and is well respected by those of us who have been donating and participating since its inception.
I volunteered with this group to take eye glasses to remote villages in Zambia. We took thousands of glasses donated by the Lions club and we set up a clinic in a different village each day and people walked for miles to be able to get glasses and see clearly sometimes for the first time in decades. This organization is incredible and is transforming real lives and real communities. We got to put in a well in one village and these women were walking miles every day just to get water for their families. Now they just walk to the well. We also partnered to build a school in one of the villages. The kids were learning English and had dreams to go to college one day! These are communities without electricity or running water (or even without wells in some of them). We’re all Gods children is giving the people of these communities a hope and a future. The work is real, and they are doing it in a helpful, sustainable way. They pour a lot of effort into teaching the locals how to continue transforming these communities so the work can continue when WAGC volunteers aren’t there. This includes partnering with local missionaries, pastors, and teachers. This nonprofit is doing truly remarkable work.
I LOVE everything that We’re All God’s Children does! Perhaps I am a bit partial because I have been a Board Member since its beginning in 2006! I have known the Founder and President, Carol Fanelli, many more years. She is truly an example that you do not have to be wealthy to make a difference in people’s lives and the world. She has brought together a talented and diverse Board, that along with wonderful volunteers, has done amazing things for people and villages, always with God's help.
We’re All God’s Children has partnered with several local Lions Clubs to obtain corrective eyeglasses to distribute to those in need. We have gone to reservations, cities and small rural villages to offer free vision exams and prescription eyewear. I have witnessed Native Americans on reservations and folks from small villages in Africa as they are able to see and read again. I have seen tears run down their faces because they can see the leaves on trees across a river. I have seen Pastors smile when they have been able to read their Bibles once more.
I have seen entire communities in Africa rejoice because they have a clean water well in their village and no longer need to spend the day in search of dirty water to drink! We support schools, build latrines and offer educational workshops for children and adults.
We teach life skills so those we help can start businesses and in turn, not only provide for their own families, but empower entire villages. We have made it possible for men and women to learn to sew with sewing machines making beautiful dresses, curtains and many more items to sell! Our Joseph Project has produced many carpenters that build bookshelves, desks , tables and many other items for the schools in addition to starting carpentry shops.
Whether it is baking pumpkin bread on a reservation or just hugging children showing them they are important to us and to God, we do what is needed. I am very blessed to be a small part of such a caring non-profit.
AGC has repeatedly come and serve our community in ways that we ourselves could have never done alone and this organization has several dug water wells and provided fresh water to 10 communities and their children
They also has helped with eye clinic screening at school facilities we truly appreciate this organization highly recommend
Over 1500 children are currently benefiting from their activities in Zambia
Through this organization lives have been transformed in this part of the world. I have witnessed first hand those who had given up hope get a new lease of life through the Lydia project in Eldoret Kenya, whose purpose is to empower the community with knitting skills.
Can’t wait to see what is in store for my community through this project.
I was privileged to be a part of last summer’s trip to Lusaka, Zambia. The whole trip was very well organized with stops at various villages and schools to distribute eyeglasses to the locals. I met some wonderful people in Zambia and would gladly do it again. The group visited the Kafue National Park on our last weekend there. The experience was fantastic.

In August of 2022, I went on a mission trip to Zambia, which was organized by We're All God's Children. I found it so rewarding and humbling seeing the Zambian people, who have nothing in material possessions, so grateful for everything we did for them. From fitting them for glasses, to hygiene clinics, singing and interacting with tthe children and so much more.
What impressed me the most, was the difference this organization has made in the lives of these people over the years. I have seen pictures of what life was like in the past and now many villages have wells providing fresh water and school buildings, with classrooms for the children to learn. They also started the Joseph Project, so the men could learn the carpentry trade & also provided sewing machines to the woman, so they are now able to provide for their familes, by making things to sell.

it has been my distinct pleasure to watch the growth of this foundation. From missions on the reservation in South Dakota to helping to build wells and schools in rural Africa, this foundation has had a positive impact. Vision clinics have given the gift of sight to so many in need. They have even gifted a refractor for Dr Watson Kaputula to continue this work when teams are not there. Knowing my donations are doing such incredible work brings me such joy. My prayer is that God blesses this foundation by inspiring others to also contribute to this very worthy cause.
I had never been on a mission trip before and was very apprehensive, but We Are All God's Children took care of everything. Plane tickets, lodging, food, visa, US embassy, scheduling vaccinations we would need, and training us on how to do every job we would possibly have to do during our clinics. Giving us heads up on what to wear and we would need to take.
The villages we went to were so happy to see us, they were all smiles. We had interpreters to help us communicate with the villagers who were usually students at the schools.
It was obvious that the people from the village who helped organize the clinics with We Are All God's Children were overjoyed that we were there to help the villagers not only for the vision clinics but also the dental clinic and women's hygiene clinic.
God was with us every step of the way. Showing us how a little compassion and caring for others changes people's lives forever.
It was an e xpenience I will never forget and will hold dear to my heart always.
Our experience with We’re All God’s Children was when we (my husband & I) accompanied a tractor-trailer load of gently used furniture to the residents in Appalachia. Upon our arrival, there many families eager to greet us & offer their thanks for helping to improve their quality of life for their families. This was a great experience & we only wished that we could have had more trucks to serve more people. It was a blessing for us provided by We’re All God’s Children
We're All God's Children is an amazing nonprofit that helps many people both in the US and abroad. I have served alongside many wonderful volunteers doing mission work in Africa on numerous trips providing eyeglass clinics to those in need - it is absolutely amazing to be part of a team gifting sight to so many gracious people! During those trips, We're All God's Children also helped to provide many local requests including clean drinking water through drilling wells, donating school supplies, Christian teachings and prayer, and so much more. This is an extraordinary organization and I am so thankful to be part of the team!
From my first mission outreach into Zambia in 2015 with We're All Gods Children, to my latest trip to the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation I have been impressed by the professional qualities of the leadership!
We were trained in the culture and customs of each of the people groups we would encounter. Every step of the way we were cared for and listened to.
We have made trips to the Cheyenne Reservation now for 7 years. One particular trip that stood out to me took place about 3 years ago. I had prepared food for a group of about 50 children. I noticed a small boy trying to stuff food into his pocket. I asked him quietly if he wanted more food. He replied that he wanted to get some for his grandmother who was raising him. They had no money or food. I immediately got a to go container and filled it for him. Then, I had to take a deep breath to keep from crying. We are so blessed and so many have so little. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful organization!
This organization has multiple programs that are a great support to all they serve. I have helped organize and gather supplies for their Native American and African Mission Trips. I have seen the difference they make building wells, providing school supplies, teaching classes on dental hygiene, providing eye glass clinics and so much more. They also put out monthly newsletters so their patrons and participants know about their progress and work. They are a great organization and certainly are worthy of any monetary donations or volunteers that wish to make a difference.
My name is Michael Banda. A team from We're All God's Children came to Zambia to volunteer doing vision clinics in our vulnerable communities, workshops for hygiene with our girls, dental care, sewing projects and singing with our children. Not only were we blessed with the supplies for the schools and the clinic but also with their work ethic. They were so dedicated in their work, wanting to bless as many people as possible. They shared from their hearts, not just physically but emotionally. They have been such a blessing to us and we look forward to continuing working with them!
I was honored to serve as a volunteer on multiple mission trips (2004-2009) with We're All God's Children (WAGC), in addition to serving as a founding board member (2004-2009). I visited Appalachia, a Native American Reservation, and Africa several times with WAGC. Each mission trip experience was one of a kind, well planned, and we were well taken care of by the organizers and our hosts. WAGC seeks to give a hand up, not a handout, and it was incredible to be a part of that mission. This is an organization that I trust and will continue to work with for years to come.
My name is Cosmas Zimba. I have worked with WAGC in Zambia since 2012. They have been involved in many projects in Zambia. The people of Zambia have really benefited with their programs. They have done/provided water in communities and done vision clinics in community schools and so many projects in Zambia.
Thank you
I was blessed to be a part of one of We’re All God’s Children’s mission trips to Africa in 2009. It was certainly a life-changing experience. The organizers were great, and it was wonderful to be a part of something bigger than myself and truly help others. We helped thousands on that trip, providing glasses, medical care, and prayer.
