Programs: - conducted two 'buying into baltimore' homebuying incentive events attended by 775 people which resulted in the awarding of $312,000 (78 awards) in downpayment/closing cost incentives by the city of baltimore. - enrolled 2000+ new customers for city living into our customer service system tracking program- increased our monthly website traffic by 57% to 42,975 unique users. - distributed a weekly e-newsletter to 12,000+ subscribers. - organized quarterly homebuying or homeowning assistance classes attended by more than 160 people. - participated in or provided material to 30 community outreach events and participated in 14 employer outreach events.
