Programs: The levi strauss & co. Medical leave trust (the plan) provides home office payroll and certain levi's only stores employees of levi strauss & co. With a job-protected leave in the event of a medical (medical leave) or pregnancy-related disability (pregnancy disability leave), or to care for a family member under certain circumstances, as defined by the plan. During a medical leave or pregnancy disability leave, an employee may be eligible for short-term disability benefits.
