Mission: To provide comprehensive community based mental health services in winnebago & boone counties.
Programs: Mental health services include a comprehensive array of psychiatric, case management and support activities. Individuals and families served meet the criteria for funding as defined by the illinois division of mental health. The majority of those served are low income individuals and families. Jwc served 3,900 clients during fy 2012.
