Mission: The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to promote the common interests of its members by carrying on the following activities: (a) providing a forum for lawyers and other interested persons to consider, discuss and share current knowledge and information in the field of health law and related topics, with an emphasis on illinois law and the interplay between illinois and federal law (b) sponsoring meetings, forums, seminars and educational programs dealing with the subject of health law and related topics (c) disseminating material and information related to the field of health law and related topics; and (d) doing all things necessary or appropriate in furtherance of the above specified or any related purposes.
