Mission: HARC provides parents who have children with special needs a evening of respite from the resposibilities of caring for their children every week of the year.
Programs: Our PNO program runs every Friday night for children ages birth to 22 from 6:30-10:30 in two locations. A 'social club' for adults with special needs is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2008.
