Hopes Promise

Programs: Adoption services, family counseling and support: hope's promise is a christian, non-profit child placement agency, licensed by the state of colorado and hague accredited by the council on accreditation. Hope's promise offers services which include inter-country adoption, domestic adoption, pregnancy counseling, embryo adoption and post adoption support groups. We complete between 25 and 45 adoptive placements each year. In 2017, 33 children were placed for adoption, 56 parents were approved for adoption, and 104 expectant parents received support and counseling. Our goals for 2018 are to increase the number of expectant parents counseled, increase the number of children placed for adoption and to further develop our care fund.

orphan care provides christian humanitarian aid for fatherless and orphaned children throughout the world: hope's promise has orphan care programs in nepal, vietnam, kenya and zimbabwe. Our vision is to place orphans and vulnerable children in permanent families, in the child's birth country, and with loving house- parents who facilitate maximum holistic development for each child physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally/academically. In 2017, we had a total of 8 children's homes providing homes for a total of 47 orphans; 2 homes with 24 children in kenya, 4 homes with 14 children in vietnam, and 2 homes with 9 children in nepal. In addition, hope's promise supports 101 children by providing educational scholarships in vietnam (90 children), kenya (3 children) and zimbabwe (8 children). Our goals for 2018 are to work to stabilize funding in our orphan care program with the intent of expanding the program in the future.
