Programs: Hope action care (hac) is organized in texas as a non-profit corporation to provide affordable housing to disabled, low income or very low income persons and their families. A total of 88 low or very low income families were housed at broadway heights apts (99 apts) and the elmira subdivision (4 apts) during 2017.
