Mission: Hinri was created to solve really big problems in healthcare by connecting socialentrepreneurs and innovative organizations to sources of capital, strategic partners, technologysolutions and servant leaders so that they are more effective at saving lives, saving money andhaving a sustainable impact. In the u. S. , hinri partners with leading healthcare innovators toserve the indigent and uninsured, wounded warriors and their families, address food insecurity,create educational programs for autistic children, and help victims of human trafficking. Outsidethe u. S. , hinri is working on human rights, providing clean water, food for malnourishedchildren, the distribution of pharmaceuticals and the creation of schools, housing, and healthclinics in communities with extreme poverty.
Programs: The warrior alliancesuccessfully launched the greater atlanta community integrationmodel, known as the warrior alliance of atlanta. In this capacity, twa will provide veterancase coordination with a select team of veteran services organizations and governmentagencies. The initial focus will be in the atlanta area and expand as the organization scales. Twa completed contract discussions with the city of augusta for the launch of operationdouble eagle at the augusta municipal golf course where we will be renovating the golf courseand training veterans at the double eagle performance center. Leveraging the operationdouble eagle process, twa is also working with the department of labor and technicalcollege system of ga to initiate a veteran apprenticeship program in lagrange, ga. Troupcounty ranks #1 in the state (outside of atlanta) for economic development with over 2,000 jobsavailable in precision manufacturing. We are partnered with the west georgia technicalcollege to register companies for the program and be the primary source for veterancandidates.
gait training center/health innovation campushinri launched a capital campaign to build and equip a new gait training center in atlanta focused on recovery for patients with neural impairments. This will be the beginning of a health innovation campus that will integrate breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and computing with neuroscience and other areas of healthcare.
social enterprisehinri began implementing its social enterprise strategy by launching freedom jobs, which places healthy veterans in jobs with all profits going to fund vocational rehabilitation for wounded veterans. Hinri also obtained an ownership interest in freedom towel holdings, which will start manufacturing cooling towels in columbus, ga in 2018. The towels will be sold online and in retail stores nationwide with a portion of the profits going to hinri.
