Mission: To provide habilitative and residential care for children from north carolina that have severe to profound developmental delays and who are also medically fragile. The children are admitted from birth through six years of age and can reside at hilltop home until age 18.
Programs: Hilltop home provides habiliatative care in a residential environment for up to 22 children with developmental delays. The care provided includes housing, nutritional care, medical care, educational services, and ancillary therapies.
