Mission: As a result of visits to Tibet and Nepal, we learned first-hand the plight of the refugee Tibetans and their status as a people without a country. The Green Tara Foundation was established to help the Tibetan people achieve their goals in whatever way possible. We are now focused on 5 entities located in Nepal for which we supply ongoing support in areas of education, medical and infrastructure. Our Board consists of six members who are volunteer and donate all their expenses in the US and Nepal. We promise that every dollar donated goes directly to the Tibetan people.
