Programs: The cultural alliance is the region's premier leadership, advocacy and audience participation organization for arts and culture, serving the four million plus residents of southeastern pennsylvania and a cultural community of over 2,000 nonprofits. The alliance conducts research on many aspects of arts and culture; serves as an information resource for community leaders, nonprofits, and funders; provides professional development programs that help nonprofits to improve their community service; and engages the public in arts and culture through collaborative audience development programs.
