Mission: To assist disadvantaged persons in overcoming information barriers, to assist in developing self-employment and micro-enterprise opportunities that can provide them with livable income and allow them to take greater control of their lives, and create a network of small business owners that support each other's businesses, share information and resources and join together to pursue benefits, protections, and opportunities that might not be available to them as individual business owners.
