Mission: To encourage, promote and sponsor educational programs, materials, institutes & courses of all kinds that foster understanding of the resources, qualities & history of the city of golden & the greater golden region.
Programs: Create a center to welcome visitors to the community and the region surrounding golden, colorado and develop information (literature, videos, displays and other media) to inform visitors on the local history and public attractions. In 2017, more than 60,000 people visited the center.
