Mission: Gains mission is to provide quality free legal representation to asylum seekers and immigrant victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes through direct representation and pro bono referrals.
Programs: Gain is a 501(c)(3) that provides pro bono legal services to immigrants through direct services by gain staff attorneys and volunteer attorneys that we train from atlanta based private law firms and corporate legal departments. Gain screens cases, refers them to volunteer attorneys and then supervises those attorneys while they represent our cases pro bono. Gain represents the more difficult and time-sensitive immigration cases to make sure that all cases receive volunteer representation. We do not charge fees for our legal services and are funded through grants, donations and fundraisers.
