Raksha is good but their advocate lady who handle your case who yells at us and make us feel like we are so down. She don't give you empty or sympathy. She does not listen to your prob properly. My reviews should not effect your entire team but I hope they check their employees' bad attitude towards their client. They just help with only food and when u go there to take it, The lady advocate does not respect you. They work from home and you have to wait for food long when they go to the office. ..If you ask them to check the food item they have, they don't and tell you No rudly...Overall okay...

The woman like us who suffer the domestic violence and divorce and that is why we need your help. I hope your advocate learns how to empathizes with clients.

Raksha does amazing work in Atlanta. In this economic climate, small nonprofits like Raksha need all the support that they can receive to sustain the valuable services provided to the South Asian communities. Raksha's leadership and staff are truly committed to the women they serve.

Raksha is an extraordinary organization that achieves amazing results with a small budget and staff. Their staff are passionate, knowledgeable, and effective. They have brought so much visibility to the issue of gender-based violence in the South Asian community. In addition to serving individuals in crisis, they also have great collaborative relationships, they serve the community as a whole, and they are national leaders in this arena. Incredibly well-regarded with a well-deserved reputation for excellence.

Raksha is one of the best organizations who are actively helping women in and around Atlanta, Georgia. They will listen patiently to your issues and concerns and suggest ways of help. I have seen if this is not in their boundary of work then, they will also refer you to the right person and follow up to see that the issue has been taken care of.

Raksha is an amazing non profit in Georgia that promotes a stronger and healthier South Asian community through confidential support services, advocacy, and education. Raksha has been recognized by Anti- Defamation League for closing the book on hate, the Gandhi Foundation, IACA, and received the Creating the Voice Award. Raksha address family violence in Georgia's South Asian community and parnters with many mainstream partners- for example working to ensure an immigrant section in the domestic violence bench book, training law enforcement on barriers facing immigrant communities. Raksha played a key role in creation of International Women's House and Tapestri. Raksha was the first social service agency geared to the South Asian community in the Southeast United States. We get call from all over the Southeast, United States and World. Raksha fulfils a great need in our community.
