And greater baltimore medical center, inc. , organizations described under section 501(c)(3) and exempt from tax under section 501(a) of the code; (2) to have and exercise to the extent necessary or desirable for the accomplishment of any of the charitable purposes of the foundation and the imposed by section 501(c)(3) of the code, any and all powers conferred upon corporations by the maryland general corporation laws.
