Mission: Gardner is dedicated to improving the health status of the communities we serve, especially the disenfranchised, disadvantaged, and most vulnerable members. Our mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive health care, including prevention and education, early intervention, treatment and advocacy services which are affordable,respectful, culturally, linguistically and age appropriate.
Programs: Outpatient mental health: the organization provides mental health services, including individual counseling, counseling for couples, group therapy, and in-home support services for home bound senior citizens. Of the 2,746 clients served in the 6/30/2017 fiscal year, over 90% were at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
maternal and child care: the organization provides parental and child health services for expectant mothers and their children, including health classes, nutritional services, counseling and referral services. Of the 8,866 clients served in the 6/30/2017 fiscal year, over 90% were at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
behavioral/social sciences: the organization provides services related to drug diversions, driving under the influence, alcohol and other drug related problems. During the 6/30/2017 fiscal year, the organization adminstered such services to 1,412 clients.
