I do not know where to get help for a family in Britama Gambia. A very poor family has a young teen boy in need of medical help. He says they will turn him away at the hospital. I don't know how to help him. He has a badly infected finger that needs immediate attention. Who can help him???? Please let me know how to go about getting help to him.
