Fsai became an affiliate of holcomb behavioral health systems in july of 2002. In april 2007, the agency celebrated 85 years of services to the county and 25 years as a private agency. (continued in schedule o)fsai provides supervised family visitation and monitored exchange services. Since 1999, we have provided families with a safe, neutral and peaceful environment for the purpose of supervised visitation of children with their non-custodial parents and monitoring the exchange of their children for community-based visitation. Children suffer when they witness mom and dad engaging in verbal or physical altercations. Family services association, inc. Offers supervised visitation services that are scheduled to prevent parents from interacting while at the center. Trained professionals are present at all times during the visit while assisting with parenting skills and appropriate ways to interact with their children. Similarly, children are transferred from the custodial to the non-custodial parent under strict staff supervision. These services are funded by the united way of cecil county, the maryland administrative office of the court, as well as client fees.
