Mission: Chester County Futures provides comprehensive academic support, mentoring and scholarships for motivated economically disadvantaged youth to succeed in school, higher education and life.
Every child in Chester County will be prepared for and have access to the education and supports needed to become a self-reliant, productive member of society.
Results: Major Achievements over the past two years include:
• Continued 100% graduation rate of students completing the Passport to College program
• Over 92% of students enroll in post-secondary education immediately following high school graduation
• 100% of students advance to the next grade level on time
• 100% of students are equipped with the appropriate technology
• Grade point average of total student population was 82%
• 100% of students participate in at least one community volunteerism project
• 100% of student participate in career and post-secondary exploration
• Since 1996, Futures has served over 900 students
• Since 2012, we have graduated over 165 low income high school students on time

This organization has been an incredible help to my son as well to my husband and I. My son is a senior this year and CCF has been right there every step of the way. Their teachers are amazing and are very genuine. I know there are many students in the program that wouldn't have a shot at going to college if it weren't for CCF. Thank you!
Chester County Futures provides incredible opportunities to underserved youth in 5 communities to help them academically, socially, and economically become prepared for post secondary education. For almost 20 years, CCF has provided mentoring, tutoring and other support for young people, and personally I look forward to their next 20 years serving the county.
I have been a Chester County Futures (CCF) Board member for over five years. I have seen the impact CCF has had on the students and communities it serves. The dedication of the CCF team in providing academic support in aiding these students to succeed in school and secondary education is second to none. It's my pleasure to support CCF!

Chester County Futures is really an amazing group. Not only are they dedicated to ensuring that first generation students and families successfully navigate college or technical career school paths, but they find other strong professionals who will mentor and assist students.
