Mission: Family promise seeks to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, while providing mission opportunities for individuals and faith based communities.
Programs: Nationally, we provide shelter to over 50,000 individuals in families each year. Locally, thru the end of 2014, family promise toledo served 5 families, 18 total individuals, 14 individuals under the age of 18 and 4 under the age of 5. We offer an after-care program for families who wish to take advantage of continuing program services. Services may consist of educational and medical support, transportation, food, clothing, and hygiene items. Also, we provide financial literacy support and funds to cover additional unforeseen expenses.
