Programs: Program delivery: includes public rate payer funded public agency and homeowner programs that promote energy sustainability through the design and implementation of energy efficiency programs.
education initiatives: includes peak comprehensive physical science education programs.
policy initiatives: aspen accord is an energy policy forum where cities, utilities, regulators and end users collaborate to identify problems and propose solutions to our most pressing energy issues.
